We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Manager to lead our surgical team at Incredible Health. As a key member of our hospital operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our nursing staff in the operating room.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of nurses in the operating room
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor and improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in California
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Competitive salary: $115,000 - $145,000 per year
