About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team as a Trash Collector. As a key member of our Community Concierge Services LLC team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional valet trash and maintenance services to our clients in the multifamily industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect bagged trash and broken down boxes from residents' doors and transport them to the compactor located on the property.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using a leakproof tote bag to transport trash.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • A reliable truck for transporting trash.
  • A smartphone with a data plan for communication and task management.
  • The ability to handle physical demands, including carrying up to 50 lbs at a time, in various weather conditions.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Work Schedule

Our Trash Collector role requires a flexible schedule, with Sunday-Thursday evening shifts from 8pm to completion. The average workload is 1-2 hours per night, 8-10 hours per week, and 32-40 hours per month.

Compensation

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of $1400 per month, paid via direct deposit on the 3rd and 18th of each month. Additionally, you will have opportunities for advancement and performance-based bonuses.
