Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Civil Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project schedules, pay estimates, and staffing requirements to ensure timely and accurate project production.
  • Assess project contracts and supporting documents for completeness and work with clients to resolve specification, contract conflict, and scheduling issues.
  • Manage project budgets, supplies, and equipment to ensure compliance with project contracts and owner needs.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key team members to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar position with experience in underground utilities, civil site work, and heavy civil projects.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand plans and specifications, recognize discrepancies, and analyze problems for better solutions.
  • Goal-oriented leadership, creativity, and ability to think outside the box.

We are an ESOP company with more than 400 employees and nearly 50 crews. Our services include sanitary sewer, storm drain, culinary water, irrigation, earthwork, roadway construction, dams, landfills, natural gas pipelines, industrial piping, and telecommunication projects primarily in Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Wyoming, Colorado, and Oregon.

We operate primarily in the western United States, serving various regions including Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Wyoming, Colorado, and Oregon.
