Lab Supervisor Opportunity in Tennessee

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lab Supervisor to join our team at K.A. Recruiting. As a Lab Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of laboratory professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of laboratory professionals to achieve high-quality results and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless laboratory operations.
  • Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., biology, chemistry, or a related field).
  • Tennessee Supervisor License.
  • ASCP certification.
  • Proven experience in laboratory leadership, including supervisory and management roles.
