Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech and language services to students across multiple grade levels, from Kindergarten through 12th grade. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing speech and language disorders, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student development and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders in K-12 students.
- Therapy Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student development and success.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification.
- Experience: Experience working with K-12 students is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
