Addiction Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Addiction Therapist to join our team. As an Addiction Therapist, you will work with clients to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing support and counseling. Your goal will be to help clients achieve sobriety and maintain long-term recovery.

• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Document client interactions and treatment progress

• Master's degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, social work, counseling)
• Certification as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor (SUDCC) or Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC)
• At least one year of experience working in the field of addiction treatment
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements
• Valid driver's license and insurable under Sierra Health and Wellness Centers automobile insurance policy
