Job Summary

Noble Casing Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Well Services Operations Manager to oversee our wireline operations and ensure timely commencement and execution of work for customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oilfield operations, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in well services. They will be responsible for leading a team of Wireline Operators, providing training and development opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service quality.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of $85,000 per year, plus bonuses and incentives based on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Wireline Operators, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of wireline operations, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are available when needed.
  • Communicate effectively with management, field personnel, and customers to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as petroleum engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in oilfield operations, with a focus on well services.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams and managing projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and adapt to changing situations.
Physical Demands

This position requires frequent travel to job sites, often in remote locations. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Driver Criteria

We require a clean driving record and a valid CDL with HazMat endorsement. Candidates with Type A Violations in the past 60 months or two Type B Violations in the past 36 months will not be considered.
