We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Screenwriter to join our team at IntelliPro Group Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of writing and a deep knowledge and interest in romance novels or TV shows.

The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing order to chaos, finding the right connections, and solving problems creatively. Additionally, they will provide feedback to peers and participate in script workshops.

We are looking for a mid-level position with at least 5 years of writing background and a strong interest in story writing (preferably in romance/drama). • Minimum of 5 years of screenwriting experience.
• Strong creative screenwriting skills, particularly in romance and drama.
• Bachelor's degree in History, English, Fine Arts, Screenwriting, or a related field.
• Comfortable writing young adult romance/drama, which may include sensitive and triggering content.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interest in reading novels.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the online reading or publishing industry, both historical and current.
• Passion for content creation and prior experience in the field is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and possess strong interpersonal skills, Flexibility to work across different time zones.
• Eagerness to learn and gain experience in the gaming and content industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
