Position Overview:

The Electro Mechanical Technician plays a crucial role in executing a range of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly tasks. This position supports specific production units, prototype development, and product innovation within manufacturing engineering and preproduction processes, often with limited documentation and guidance.

Responsibilities include interpreting schematics, blueprints, and verbal instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components. Proficiency in utilizing standard electronic assembly tools and materials is essential. The role may also involve modifications, rework, and quality assurance testing, requiring collaboration with development and manufacturing engineering teams.


Essential Qualifications:
  • Proficient in using a microscope for component assembly.
  • Strong visual acuity when working with microscopes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with miniature precision devices and components.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with ISO/clean room environments.
  • Experience in assembling miniature parts into complex assemblies (e.g., watchmaking, jewelry, medical devices, hybrid microelectronics, accelerometers, gyroscopes).
  • IPC J-STD-001 solder certification.
  • Background in electronic assembly and electrical testing.
