Westminster Palms is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Check identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
- Attend pre-service huddles and maintain personal uniform cleanliness and pressed to restaurant standards
- High school diploma or GED required; some college education preferred
- 3-5 years of experience working as a bartender, with excellent knowledge of opening bottled wine and pouring, mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Must be 21 or older and maintain applicable state health and/or alcohol compliance card
The physical activities of this position involve balancing, kneeling, reaching, crouching, pulling, standing, manual dexterity, pushing, stooping, grasping, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Additional Requirements:- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- Relevant training certificate
- Ability to stand for long periods and multitask
- Strong observational and conflict resolution skills
