Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Sentara Cardiology Specialists Port Warwick. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and admit patients, conducting thorough evaluations to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in rounds and checks to monitor patient progress and address any concerns.
Requirements:
- Valid RN license and at least 1.5 years of Cardiology experience.
- ASN, BSN, or MSN degree.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
