We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to become a vital part of our Special Education team. This role focuses on providing essential services to K-12 students enrolled in special education initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology along with a valid license to practice in Minnesota.
Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist, Special Education
Location: Dakota County, MN
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students
- Create tailored treatment plans to meet individual needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to students
- Collaborate effectively with educators and families
- Engage in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Track and report on student progress
- Provide guidance and support to educational staff
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Minnesota licensure
- Preferred experience in special education settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
