Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and manufacturing directives.
- Operate turret or brake press machinery in accordance with specifications.
- Conduct pem, tap, and radius tasks.
- Assess and confirm part specifications.
- Utilize LVD and/or Cincinnati brakes efficiently.
- Set up and manage Amada turrets effectively.
- Provide constructive feedback for product enhancements.
- Assume additional responsibilities as required.
This role is a full-time, direct hire position.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of one year of experience in heavy equipment or machine operation.
- Proficient in basic shop mathematics and blueprint interpretation.
- A collaborative team player with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Preferred: One year of fabrication experience.
- Preferred: Knowledge of World Class manufacturing principles.
Work Schedule: Options for 1st and 2nd shifts are available.
