Manufacturing Assembly Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our team at Augmentation, Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor fabrication and assembly, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging position that involves assembling and testing electronic components and devices. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures, as well as experience working in a clean-room environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test electronic components and devices
  • Perform quality control checks and ensure products meet production specifications
  • Tend machines used in the assembly and testing of components and devices
  • Adjust or trim materials from components to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics
  • Work closely with engineering staff to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in semiconductor fabrication/assembly/packaging or other manufacturing/technical environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a clean-room environment with hazardous chemicals, compressed gases, lasers, and high voltage

Benefits:
