Lead the Way in Clinical Resource Management

Lakeview Hospital is seeking a dedicated Clinical Resource Director to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will play a vital role in establishing and leading the supply expense agenda for our clinical resource management program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement facility or division-based strategies and processes to reduce supply expense per adjusted admission
  • Identify facility(s) supply expense variances and develop action plans to mitigate an increase in supply expense
  • Participate in monthly operating reports and supply expense planning
  • Build relationships and increase customer satisfaction with hospital leadership, chief medical officer, clinical directors, physicians, value analysis teams, and supply chain leadership
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy, or other Allied Health Profession
  • Three to five years of value analysis/clinical/hospital leadership experience
  • LPN/RN, Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP), Certified Value Analysis Health Professional (CVAHP), or similar credential preferred
