  • Engage in both teller operations and customer service functions.

  • Execute standard banking transactions, including deposits, payments, and check processing.
  • Facilitate the opening of Consumer and Business Bank Accounts, including loans and deposits.
  • Assist clients with various account-related inquiries, online banking services, debit card management, and account maintenance.
  • Support the management of CDARS and IRA accounts.
  • Contribute to branch sales goals by identifying opportunities for referrals.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures to ensure customer and bank asset protection.
  • Complete necessary documentation accurately to maintain service quality and mitigate risks.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
