About the Position:

As a Trial Attorney, you will oversee the entire litigation process from initiation to resolution for personal injury cases. Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:
  • Handling a substantial caseload and managing all stages of personal injury litigation.
  • Conducting comprehensive investigations to ascertain liability and damages.
  • Preparing and submitting necessary legal documents for litigation, including discovery disputes and motions.
  • Engaging in settlement negotiations with insurance providers and opposing legal representatives.
  • Delivering outstanding client service by keeping clients updated on their case progress.
  • Serving as First Chair in Civil Jury Trials.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A valid license to practice law in the state.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in personal injury law with a focus on trial work.
  • At least 10 Civil Jury Trials successfully completed to verdict.
  • In-depth knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures relevant to personal injury cases.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities to interpret and apply legal precedents and statutes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
  • A proven history of effective case management and client representation, emphasizing favorable outcomes.
  • Experience in conducting legal research and preparing legal briefs.
