CREATIVE FINANCIAL STAFFING

Our client, a prominent entity in the financial services sector, is seeking to fill a Senior Accountant role. This position entails a variety of tasks centered around Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) within the finance division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT:

  • Oversee all aspects of general accounting, including journal entries and bank reconciliations
  • Conduct various analytical projects related to profit and loss as well as balance sheet evaluations
  • Provide support for accruals
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong grasp of GAAP principles
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is advantageous

COMPENSATION: Salary range is competitive and commensurate with experience.
