Work Schedule: Afternoon and Evening Shifts

Employment Type: Full-time

OBJECTIVE

The primary goal is to deliver outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming patrons to 12 Moons, accurately taking and serving drink orders, pre-bussing tables, and upholding a high standard of service in accordance with Washington State liquor regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and assist guests with their orders, providing recommendations and information as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, ensure beverages are refilled, and encourage additional orders.
  • Exhibit thorough knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and the proper sequence of service.
  • Adhere to alcohol service protocols and proactively manage potential issues.
  • Complete assigned duties including restocking and cleaning tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Understanding of alcohol service guidelines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completion of the Snoqualmie Casino Career Development Track Series.

Snoqualmie Casino is committed to supporting the employment rights of Snoqualmie Tribal Members/Native Americans. A Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission is required. Pre-employment drug testing is mandatory for all positions. Marijuana use is permitted for most roles except those involving transportation. DOT panel testing is required for specific positions.
