Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Prison Supervisor to join our team. As a Prison Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, including supervising staff, ensuring the safety and security of inmates, and developing and implementing policies and procedures.

• Supervises security and control activities and staff during assigned shift.
• Directs all security operations on one shift.
• Conducts inspections to ensure compliance with all security, safety, sanitation, contraband, fire, and/or other facility regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Must meet same basic qualifications as a Corrections Officer.
• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent; related college courses highly desirable.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a correctional setting, one of which was in a position requiring supervisory capabilities.
