Job Summary

As a Cardiology Medicine RN Acute Care Specialist, you will lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering high-quality care, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Assist with coordinating services and prioritizing assignments to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Perform all responsibilities of a primary role, including taking responsibility for or providing guidance to team members on handling simple or complex issues.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certified or registered as a Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification required.
  • Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience required.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
