Job Summary

Cascade Medical Center is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to support treatment in our sub-acute rehab and outpatient pediatric therapy programs.

This is a variable-hour position that provides coverage for vacation, sick leave, and project work. Days and hours are based on business need.

As a public entity, our wage range is set on a 30-step scale (Base-30 years of experience). Offer letters and wage determination will be written based on years of experience.

This is a safety-sensitive position that requires a pre-employment drug screen, including testing for THC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in sub-acute rehab and outpatient settings
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments, develop goals, and implement interventions to promote patient progress
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current licensure in the state of practice
  • Experience working with pediatric patients in sub-acute rehab and outpatient settings
  • Ability to work variable hours and adapt to changing business needs
