As a Department Head - Commercial Services, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the commercial department, including supervising staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and implementing business strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise a team of commercial staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals and objectives.
* Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue, identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and reporting as required.
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives, communicating effectively and building strong relationships.

Requirements:
* 5-7 years' experience in the title and settlement industry, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth.
* Strong knowledge of commercial real estate practices, settlement and title procedures, and escrow curative procedures.
* Effective communication, presentation, and organization skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
