Perinatology Specialist Nurse

Job Summary
This role requires a registered nurse with 1-3 years of experience to manage the efficient flow of patients, including screening, preparation for exams, providing general nursing care, and arranging or testing and admissions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient flow, ensuring timely and efficient care
- Instruct patients and families on medication and treatment instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records, including test results and examination data
- Administer medications as per physician orders
- Conduct room checks to ensure necessary supplies
- Respond to incoming calls, including phone triage when needed
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing required
- 1-3 years of experience as a registered nurse preferred
- Licensure as a registered nurse in accordance with state regulations required
