Club Pilates Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Pilates instructors to join our studio family at Club Pilates Winston-Salem. As a Pilates instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality group reformer classes to our clients, ensuring a safe and accessible experience for all.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach Pilates group reformer classes to clients of all levels, utilizing creative sequencing and proper form to ensure a safe and dynamic experience.
  • Conduct private, semi-private, intro, or other additional sessions as needed.
  • Visually inspect equipment prior to each class to ensure it is in good working order and safe to use.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workout environment.
  • Assist with checking clients in and educating members on studio products, services, and offerings.
Requirements:
  • Current full apparatus Pilates Certification.
  • Experience teaching group classes.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective group reformer instruction.
  • Energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style.
  • Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
  • Punctual, reliable, and dedicated.
  • Community-oriented, positive, welcoming, and professional.
