We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team of passionate educators. As a Preschool Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a positive learning environment for our young students, fostering their cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate curricula in collaboration with the teaching team.
  • Document and share with parents the important milestones in a child's day, ensuring open communication and transparency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes social behavior and expectations.
  • Plan and execute daily schedules that balance activities, providing opportunities for quiet and active play, indoor and outdoor exploration, and fine and gross motor development.
  • Model and encourage social behavior, respect, and empathy among children, while maintaining a high level of flexibility and adaptability.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Meet all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.
  • Previous experience as a preschool lead teacher required.
  • Demonstrated classroom management skills preferred.
