Job Summary

The RN Unit Manager role at The Laurels of Kettering offers a leadership opportunity for registered nurses to oversee nursing care and health education for residents in a skilled nursing setting.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RN with strong management skills to supervise nursing staff, implement policies, and assess quality care delivery. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans and ensure effective communication among team members.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing care provided by Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and others.
  • Review and implement all nursing procedures and systems to ensure high-quality care.
  • Evaluate the performance of staff and identify areas for improvement to enhance resident satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and support the overall mission of The Laurels of Kettering.
