Job Overview:
The Housekeeping Specialist is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, office spaces, and all units following resident move-outs. This role is crucial in ensuring that the property presents a welcoming environment for prospective residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Service Manager and follow daily cleaning assignments.
- Uphold cleanliness standards in the office, clubhouse, fitness center, model units, laundry facilities, and other shared spaces.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing cleaning tasks, utilizing appropriate protective gear.
- Thoroughly clean and prepare vacant units, ensuring they are in pristine condition for new residents.
- Manage cleaning supplies effectively, maintaining inventory and requesting reorders as necessary.
- Prepare the office and model units for daily operations, ensuring a polished presentation.
- Promptly remove litter and debris from exterior and common areas to maintain a tidy appearance.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in housekeeping practices.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in housekeeping. A professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with residents, supervisors, and team members are essential. Reliable transportation is required.
