Role Overview: As an Insurance Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing the planning, investment, and insurance strategies for select clients, acting as a liaison between financial advisors, clients, and various service areas within the firm. This position is vital for ensuring exceptional client service and requires regular interaction with clients, senior management, and advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide tailored services to clients' evolving insurance requirements by offering life, health, and disability insurance, along with comprehensive wealth management advice.
2. Build and maintain productive relationships with clients.
3. Develop a sustainable client base for long-term success.
4. Collaborate closely with the Alera sales team and existing client network.
5. Work alongside experienced producers and senior partners to cultivate new business opportunities within the client base.
6. Focus on expanding your personal practice through proactive prospecting and identifying new client opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in life insurance.
- Life insurance license is mandatory.
- Strong initiative, attention to detail, analytical skills, and decisive decision-making abilities.
- A genuine desire to cultivate and manage client relationships.
