Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to work in Ambulatory Care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in an Ambulatory Care setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Ambulatory Care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
