About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of children aged 3-6 years old.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of the children
  • Establish a positive and respectful relationship with each child, parents, and colleagues
  • Prepare and maintain a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
  • Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and progress reports

Requirements

  • Montessori diploma or certification for 3-6 years old
  • Experience working with children in a group setting, preferably in a Montessori environment
  • Strong understanding of child-led philosophies, such as Reggio Emilia or Montessori
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development credits
  • Bachelor's Degree in any subject
