Shift Supervisor Role at Braum's

Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store is seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to lead our restaurant team. This role offers an excellent compensation package and opportunities for advancement.

About the Position:

We are looking for a positive and energetic individual who can execute Braum's brand strategy, promote its vision, mission, and values, resulting in a great customer experience and maximized sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members
  • Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
  • Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
  • Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed
Requirements:
  • Customer focus with high standards for integrity
  • Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with all team members
  • Ability to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid Driver's License

The estimated salary for this position is between $35,500 and $37,000 per year, based on a 45-hour work week.
