Compensation Package:

Base salary complemented by RVU incentives:

  • Annual RVU Range: $275,000 - $325,000
  • RVU Bonus: Additional earnings for surpassing 988 RVUs each quarter

  • Paid Time Off: 20 weekdays annually
  • CME Reimbursement: $3,000 each year

Candidate Expectations:

  • Additional Information:

Currently, there is one employed OB/GYN with shared on-call responsibilities.

Office Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Facility Details: A 25-bed Critical Access Hospital featuring 7 OB beds and a Level I Nursery.

High-risk transfers are managed to a nearby facility.

24/7 anesthesia coverage is provided by CRNAs.

The EMR system in use is NextGen/PM.

Specialty Certifications Required: NRP

Hospital privileges are granted based on the decisions of the Medical Executive Committee.
