Job SummaryThe Procurement Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data related to purchase orders, invoice matching, and asset management. This role requires daily communication with the accounting department and warehouse receiving team.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately enter data related to purchase orders and invoice matching into the company's ERP/MRP system.
- Complete and manage asset management forms, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Communicate daily with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and invoices.
- Coordinate with the warehouse receiving team to confirm receipt of goods and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Maintain organized records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- High school diploma or college degree.
- Previous experience in data entry, procurement, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and OneDrive.
- Experience using PDF editors.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, particularly in order and billing management.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and asset management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
