We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at RehabCare. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our behavioral health facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional analyses of patient behavior and participate as a member of the treatment team.
  • Contribute to the Master Treatment Plan and implement appropriate interventions from the plan.
  • Conduct individual and group psycho-education, leisure activities, and life-skill training and coaching for all patients.
  • Responsible for safety monitoring of patients and of the unit.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • BLS, CPI certification.
  • 1 year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
