Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to patients in accordance with physician orders. Your expertise will ensure patient safety and comfort while delivering exceptional diagnostic results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform CT and diagnostic X-ray imaging services to patients, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Prepare rooms and diagnostic/CT equipment for procedures, ensuring optimal functionality and patient comfort.
  • Operate equipment according to prescribed safety standards, process images, and exercise professional judgment in the performance of diagnostic services.
  • Apply knowledge of growth and development principles to identify patient and family requirements, ensuring age-specific care.
  • Maintain patient and staff confidentiality, adhering to sterile techniques, and rotating shifts as required.
Requirements
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (Washington) certification.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
  • Graduated from an accredited radiologic technology program.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One (1) year experience in a hospital setting.
  • One (1) year of direct cross-sectional anatomy experience.
  • One (1) year of recent direct experience in diagnostic x-ray procedures.
Work Environment

This part-time position is located at Bellevue Medical Center, with a scheduled weekly hours of 36. The shift is night, with working hours starting at 9:00 PM and ending at 9:30 AM. The job schedule is part-time, with a job type of standard. The worker location is onsite, and the employee status is regular.
