Job Requirements

  • Assist with daily activities such as running centers, meal times, and group activities
  • Support the safety and well-being of every child
  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to ensure consistency in the classroom
  • Provide light housekeeping duties
  • Lead Aides will have additional responsibilities such as supervising other aides and assisting with classroom behavior management

Salary Range: $13-$15 per hour, with opportunities for quarterly pay increases for those who work more than 25 hours a week. Lead Aides will be paid $16 an hour.
