Job Overview

This is a dynamic opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as an OASIS Data Specialist. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of patient care data and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to work closely with interdisciplinary teams to verify, transmit, and analyze accurate OASIS data. This position requires excellent communication and technical skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of clinical records to ensure accuracy and congruency in OASIS data entry.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to develop effective Plans of Care and address any documentation concerns.
  • Analyze data patterns and trends to identify potential adverse outcomes and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and provide education to team members on clinical record documentation requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing program approved by the South Carolina State Board of Nursing.
  • At least two (2) years of post-acute care experience, preferably in Medicare Certified Home Health.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
  • Possession of current OASIS certification is preferred.
Working Conditions

This role is based in Midlands, working within a fast-paced environment that demands strong organizational and time management skills. Regular travel may be required to attend training sessions or meetings.

Compensation and Benefits
