Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a charge/lead nurse role.
- Knowledge of a specialized field, with 2+ years of experience in the area of clinical expertise (Med/Surg).
- Nursing Certification of specialty area within 3-5 years of hire.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
