Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and direct the activities of physical therapy assistants, technicians, and students.
- Treatment Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient evaluations and medical records.
- Patient Care and Coordination: Ensure smooth and timely patient flow, assign and supervise patient care activities, and track treatment progress.
- Training and Education: Provide lectures and training programs on physical therapy and related topics for medical staff, students, and community groups.
- Operations and Administration: Analyze and organize clinic operations, including payroll preparation, information management, filing systems, and requisition of supplies.
- Education: Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Licensure: Current state licensing and all other state-required documentation.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency in physical therapy software.
