Lead Registered Nurse Job Description

Are you a seasoned Registered Nurse looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic healthcare setting? As a Lead Registered Nurse at Chicanos Por La Causa, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Coordinate and manage patient care services, including access to care, medication management, and triage.
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations, ADHS standards, and CART accreditation requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse license issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory or management experience in a clinical setting.
  • Experience in residential healthcare settings or with behavioral health populations is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in clinical documentation and patient education.
