Opportunity for a Physician / Medical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician / Medical Director to join our team at Physician Empire. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our medical team.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a Physician / Medical Director to work in a dynamic and growing medical group. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing medical care to patients of all ages and diagnoses
  • Leading and managing a team of medical professionals
  • Developing and implementing medical policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

What We Offer

  • $290-300k base salary
  • W2 model with quality-based bi-annual incentive compensation
  • 10% bi-annual quality incentive bonus
  • 90% RVU with 10% bi-annual quality incentive bonus

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

  • A medical degree (MD or DO)
  • Board certification in psychiatry
  • Current licensure in the state of Florida
  • DEA registration
