Responsibilities:

Position Summary/Primary Purpose:

Under the supervision of the Assembly Manager, the Production Technician will be responsible for assembling conveyor and carousel components following detailed schematics, Unit Build Instructions (UBI), and layout diagrams, ensuring compliance with both customer and company specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble conveyor and carousel components in accordance with specified drawings, Unit Build Instructions (UBI), and layout diagrams.
  • Conduct tests on conveyor motors and verify the functionality of conveyor belting on queue conveyors.
  • Palletize and crate conveyor and carousel components appropriately for each project.
  • Assist with the receipt of incoming shipments and the dispatch of outgoing shipments as necessary within the workshop.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Essential Knowledge:

  • Proficient understanding of the English language, including vocabulary, grammar, and composition rules.
  • Familiarity with production processes, quality control measures, and techniques for optimizing the manufacturing and distribution of goods.
