About the Role
Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor position is available at Kelly CPA in Dallas, TX. The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians and oversee projects ensuring high-quality workmanship for on-time aircraft re-delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of technicians to manage projects and ensure quality workmanship.
  • Performing thorough inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance on aircraft engines, systems, and components.
  • Collaborating with mechanics, technicians, and engineers to diagnose and resolve complex aircraft issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Holds a high school diploma or equivalent and has completed an accredited aviation maintenance technician program.
  • Possesses a valid Aircraft Mechanic License and has 8+ years of aviation technician experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Has proven experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting, ideally with various aircraft models.
