Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails from clients, providers, and internal stakeholders
  • Review provider history in MedCheck, Scheck, and SalesCloud
  • Consult with supervisors or other departments to clarify inquiries
  • Contact providers to discuss findings at the appropriate level
  • Maintain reports and spreadsheets as needed
  • Punctual and consistent attendance is required
  • Addition duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Workers Compensation fee schedules and regulations
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented and proficient with Microsoft applications
