The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional client experiences within our Managed Care and Benefit Administration industries. This position is responsible for addressing inquiries via various communication channels, guaranteeing adherence to contractual and regulatory guidelines.
As a hybrid position, you will be expected to multitask effectively, managing phone calls, emails, and written correspondence with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails from clients, providers, and internal stakeholders
- Review provider history in MedCheck, Scheck, and SalesCloud
- Consult with supervisors or other departments to clarify inquiries
- Contact providers to discuss findings at the appropriate level
- Maintain reports and spreadsheets as needed
- Punctual and consistent attendance is required
- Addition duties as assigned
Requirements
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation fee schedules and regulations
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented and proficient with Microsoft applications
- Medical terminology and coding knowledge
