Salary InformationThe salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure includes overtime pay and bonuses for meeting performance targets.
About the RoleThe Charge Nurse will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of nursing care, including assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
