Structured Cabling Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a large number of structured cabling specialists for an extensive cabling initiative. All levels of expertise are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
Technicians will be engaged in the installation, termination, and testing of both copper and fiber optic cabling. This role is set in a commercial environment where safety is paramount. Candidates should be prepared to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Immediate availability is expected upon acceptance of the position and completion of the onboarding process.

Compensation:
Pay rates are determined by skill level and experience:
- Entry Level: $19 to $21 per hour (3 to 6 months of structured cabling experience preferred)
- Intermediate Level: $22 to $25 per hour (6 months to 2 years of structured cabling experience, must be capable of testing and terminating Cat5/6 cabling independently)
- Advanced Level: $26 to $32 per hour (2+ years of structured cabling experience in a commercial setting, OSHA 10 certified, must know color codes from memory)

Work Schedule:
There are four fixed schedules, each consisting of four 10-hour shifts:
- Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Monday to Thursday: 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM
- Wednesday to Saturday: 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM
- Thursday to Sunday: 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Required Skills:
Cabling, fiber optic installation, copper cabling, fiber testing, cable testing, Cat5, Cat6, structured cabling expertise.

Additional Qualifications:
This position demands a fast-paced work ethic with limited training time. Intermediate and advanced technicians must be ready to contribute from day one. Entry-level technicians should be quick learners who can follow instructions effectively.

Experience Level:
Open to candidates from entry to expert levels.
