- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Two years of nursing experience, with a minimum of one year in case management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
