About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Geriatric Care Specialist to join our team at Liberty Health.

Job Summary

The Geriatric Care Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a geriatric environment. This includes following physician's orders, administering medications as ordered, and leading and supervising nursing assistants.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized patient care to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with physicians during rounds to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and document treatments accurately.
  • Supervise nursing assistants to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Candidates must be a registered nurse with a valid NC RN license.
  • Prior experience working in a geriatric environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.
What We Offer

This is a full-time, night shift position with a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
