Electrification Expert

We are seeking an experienced Electrification Expert to join our team in Fargo, North Dakota. This is a full-time position that will involve leading research and development projects related to vehicle electrification. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power electronics and experience working with cross-disciplinary teams.

• Lead and execute research and development projects related to vehicle electrification
• Leverage broad cross-disciplinary module and system knowledge in vehicle electrification to discover and set strategic research priorities
• Guide, coach, and train other employees to increase employee engagement and impact attraction, retention, and development of electrification talent

• 15 or more years of relevant experience, including 5 or more years of experience with system-level design and analysis of electric drives
• Control systems expertise
• 5 or more years of dynamic systems modeling and analysis
• Expert user of Matlab/Simulink
• Demonstrated technical and non-technical self-learner
